CI Globe valve is different from regular gate valves or ball valve, its purpose is to regulate the flow.

It has a rotating disc mounted on a spherical body with a seat to prevent leakage.

Body is made up of Cast Iron and used in numerous application such as gas, steam, air.

Bonnet is the upper part of the body to prevent the blow off situation on high pressure. It is different type such as screwed, union bonnet or bolted bonnet. Union bonnet are required where there is regular check required. It is also helpful in cleaning and maintenance.

Stem is the connector of disc and to transmit the actuator force.
